About Me

Welcome to my website. My name is Michael D. Corbett and I am a multimedia developer based in Dublin, Ireland. I offer a wide range of services including web standards compliant designs with XHTML and CSS, content management, usability, accessibility, site upkeep and maintenance, Wordpress, CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, DVD-Video, on-line and off-line presentations, streaming and on-demand audio and video - in various formats including Flash Video, Quicktime and Windows Media. As for experience, mine is extensive. I've been working in the multimedia industry for over ten years now, cutting my teeth initially in two of Ireland's best known post-production houses - Windmill Lane Pictures and The Yard, where I got a chance to work with a wide range of big name clients including Diageo, Enterprise Ireland, FÁS, Industrial Development Agency (IDA), Independent News & Media and Warner Music, to name but a few. Since 2003, I have been working as a multimedia developer in a freelance capacity and I have continued to work with industry leading clients who demand and expect the best from the people they work with. Some of my current clients include Channel 4, Double Z Enterprises, Gael-Linn, Hummingbird Productions, IDL, Orange Recruitment, RCA Records and Universal Music. While I concentrate my efforts in the area of development, I also aim to deliver a complete package to my clients by expanding my services into new areas as both the market evolves and their needs change.
